9. Landlord Referral Program
This referral program applies to landlords who become new clients of Beyond Stays within 12 months of submission. Once the referred landlord signs a property management agreement, you will receive a £1,000 referral bonus, payable within 30 days. Only one referral bonus is eligible per referred landlord. Beyond Stays reserves the right to disqualify referrals not meeting eligibility criteria. You are responsible for any applicable taxes on the bonus.
