By sending this referral you confirm you have the landlord's implicit or explicit permission to pass on their details. We reach out politely, no hard sell, and if they sign we send you up to £1,000. Full referral programme terms apply.

Step One

You refer

Fill in the form with your details plus the landlord's. Takes two minutes. You can send multiple referrals over time, no limit.

Step Two

We take it from there

The founder reaches out to the landlord directly. Same 30-minute conversation, same 48-hour written proposal, same standards as any first enquiry. No pressure applied on your behalf.

Step Three

You get paid up to £1,000

If the landlord becomes a client, we send your reward, £500 for a Management Only agreement or £1,000 for a Guaranteed Income Management agreement, to your account within 14 days of them signing. Bank transfer or wherever you'd like it to land.
